Shipping
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Lagos delivery is usually 2–4 business days; other Nigerian destinations are usually 3–7 business days. Orders above ₦200,000 receive complimentary Lagos delivery.

Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Sealed earrings and personalized pieces are not returnable unless faulty.

Jewelry care
Keep jewelry dry and separate. Put pieces on after perfume and lotion, remove before exercise or bathing, and polish gently with a soft cloth. Pearls should be worn last and removed first.
